MISSION: The Polk County Community Workforce Partnership will facilitate a coordinated approach to integrating employment, training, education and support services for job seekers, workers and employers.

Objectives:

• To empower job seekers and maintain employment.
• To assist employers in meeting their prensent and future needs.
• To promote comprehensive and customer-focused services in both job seekers and employers.
• To strengthen the connection between temporary economic assistance and prepariang for work-related self-sufficiency.
• To operate in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.
