Health Planning Cluster

The Health Planning Cluster of HSPA is using the HEALTHY POLK planning process. The Healthy Polk 2010 plan has been completed and is being implemented to address current community and public health conditions. Steering committee members are listed below. OVERVIEW

Healthy Polk 2010, one of the county's largest volunteer efforts for improved community and public health, is a hybrid of two important frameworks for improving health:

By combining these two approaches, Healthy Polk is pioneering how community resources can be leveraged to make measurable progress towards improved health and quality of life.
