OUR FUNCTION

  • Foster dialogue and collaboration between community leaders, consumers, and advocates
  • Facilitate priority setting and issues identification
  • Assure the collection and dissemination of relevant data for planning
  • Align and streamline existing planning efforts
  • Foster coordination and information sharing among fundinf sources
  • Develop and implement appropriate evaluation systems
  • Impact public policy by providing guidance on human service priorities
  • Advocate for programs, funding, and public policy changes, which advance the mission of the Alliance
  • Adopt RBA (Results Based Accountability) framework for decision making
  • Facilitate the allocation and reallocation of community resources
